## Questions

### Is Afterpay down right now?

No. As of 16:48 UTC on 25 Oct 2026, Afterpay's official status page reports all 4 components operational.

### Where is Afterpay's official status page?

At status.afterpay.com. Shoptest reads it every 30 minutes and keeps the history shown on this page.

### Is it Afterpay, or is it my store?

If this page shows Afterpay as operational but your store still has problems, the cause is more likely a theme change, another app or your store's settings. Shoptest's checkout tests and error monitoring are built to find that.

### How do I get alerted when Afterpay goes down?

Install Shoptest from the Shopify App Store and turn on Afterpay in App status. You get an email or Slack message the moment Afterpay reports a problem, and another when it recovers.

## Get alerted

Shoptest watches Afterpay and the other apps a Shopify store runs on, alerts by email or Slack the moment one reports a problem, and tests the store's checkout around the clock.
